Ah, summer. Too many things to do. But, I managed to get into the shop this past week to turn another one of Jonathan Brooks' lovely blanks into a Cigar style fountain pen. As soon as I saw what this looked like polished, I thought 'Stardust'. What can I say - I am an '80's guy, and even have some recollections of the '70's.
I fitted this pen with a broad polished steel JoWo nib, as well as a converter for filling.

What's the Brooks name for this lovely material? Or do you think he'll be calling it Stardust as well?
